Fourth Annual 
LAPS FOR EDUCATION 
SAVE THE DATE
Friday June 5, 2015 
 
Registration: $10 per student, $10 for all other participants.  
 
A completed waiver must be submitted at registration. 

Please indicate on your sign up waiver which activity you are planning to participate in running laps, hula hooping, or playing basketball
 
 
Participants are encouraged to raise at least $100.00 by using the pledge sheet.  Advertise your running to your classmates, family members, social media networks, etc.
Prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers! 
PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: 
J. R. MASTERMAN HOME AND SCHOOL
 
                
We are also in need of gift card donations for prizes.  iTunes, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Shake Shack, City View Pizza, Amazon, or other local businesses around the school would be greatly appreciated.  You can send the gift cards in with the sign up sheets. Please indicate student name and section with donation. 
 
7:30-8:30am-Volunteers arrive 
8:30-10:00am-5th and 6th Graders 
10:15-11:45am-7th and 8th Graders 
12:00-1:30pm-High School Students 
             




Frequently Asked Questions


I can’t run, can I still participate?

Absolutely!  Walkers are welcome and now basketball or

hula hooping are options too.


Can parents, teachers, alumni participate?

Absolutely!  Just fill out and turn in the registration form that can be downloaded from www.mastermanhsa.org


Can I donate directly?

Absolutely!  You can donate directly by sending cash or a check with your student or by credit card or PayPal by linking to the Donate to Laps for Education link at www.mastermanhsa.org.


How can I get sponsors?

Ask family, friends, neighbors, local businesses.  You can ask in person, by phone or by email.  If you use social media (e.g. Facebook), consider setting up a page to solicit donations.


I want to volunteer, what should I do?

Visit www.mastermanhsa.org for a link to sign up for volunteering.
