Got Flexibility Mid-day? Head to Masterman to Volunteer During Lunch!

posted Oct 17, 2016, 6:34 PM by Mike Hoffberg

Do you have any flexibility to come to Masterman School for an hour during the middle of a school day? If so, please consider getting your security clearances to volunteer during a lunch session in the cafeteria. Sign-ups can be found http://signup.com/go/Qfgb82 . Masterman School needs parent/guardian volunteers to help it run smoothly in light of staffing shortages that stem from the district’s ongoing budget crisis. Volunteers in the cafeteria and/or on the rooftop play area during a lunch session help give students a wider use of the roof.  On full school days, the lunch schedule is:

High School Lunch / Roof Recess: 10:13 am - 11:04am

7th Grade Lunch / Roof Recess: 11:04 am - 11:55 am

5th/6th Grade Lunch/ Roof Recess: 11:55 am -12:46 pm

8th Grade Lunch / Roof Recess: 12:46 pm - 1:37 pm

Volunteers must place their security clearance with Masterman's front office BEFORE they volunteer. See Masterman’s Security Clearance FAQs ( http://bit.ly/1LEoWqR) for more info and links to clearance applications.  The criminal history and child abuse history clearances are now free for school volunteers

Questions about volunteering or security clearances? Email Masterman Home and School Coordinator Janet Pinkerton at VolunteerCoordinator@mastermanhsa.org Many thanks!
