Volunteers Needed in Masterman Front Office All Day Due to District Sub Shortage.

posted Sep 20, 2015, 4:00 PM by David Ortiz

Masterman School has been hit by the district's substitute teacher shortage, and hit hardest in the front office where one staff member is out on medical leave, resulting in only one secretary (the indomitable Ms. Denise Fennell) running the office for the entire day. While the district navigates its substitute teacher shortage, Principal Brown has asked for parent/guardian volunteer help in the front office throughout the entire school day.

Do you have your security clearances? Do you have any time to spare? If so, sign-up ASAP using Masterman’s online VolunteerSpot scheduling and reminder tool:  http://vols.pt/RNeZ1u

The front office shifts available are:

7:30-8:30am (the original shift, but now 2 volunteers are requested)

If you can help, please sign up ASAP. The front office badly needs your assistance. And make sure a copy of your security clearances are on file in the front office. For more information about security clearance requirements, check out these FAQs: http://bit.ly/1LEoWqR
