Important HSA Meeting on Recent Budget Cuts

This month, the School District of Philadelphia issued a mid-school year directive to principals to further slash their operating budgets.
Masterman must cut $96,570. This means cuts in staffing, programs, and a direct effect on Masterman students.

What will be cut?
What won't be cut?
How can the Home and School Association help?
How can you help?

Please attend a special meeting to address these concerns:
Thursday, December 15, 7:00 in the school library.

Principal Marge Neff will review the budget with parents and take questions.
Home and School President Angelina Williams will review the HSA's budget.
Fundraising strategies to address the shortfall will be discussed and an action plan formed.
