Masterman's Odyssey of the Mind team took third place

out of 54 teams in their division at the World Finals this weekend at Iowa State University.  Over 800 teams from more than 25 countries travelled to Ames, Iowa to participate in this creative problem solving competition.

Masterman students built a hovercraft that a team member could ride, which was then transformed into a three-wheel vehicle powered by ratchet wrenches. This was all incorporated into a skit about Disney princesses who have to take a royal driver’s test to determine who gets to marry the prince.

Many thanks to the entire Masterman community for helping Team Rat Patootie make it to Iowa.
