We warmly invite you and your family to join us on
Saturday, March 7, 2026 for the
Masterman Lunar New Year Event 2026!
Let’s welcome the Year of the Horse together with an exciting morning of performances, delicious food, cultural traditions, and community celebration.
Guests are encouraged to wear traditional or festive attire (traditional or modern) to celebrate the holiday spirit!
Event Details
Time: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Masterman School – 17th Street Entrance
Performances: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Auditorium, 1st Floor)
Food, Activities & Raffle: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Cafeteria, 4th Floor)
Please note:
All visitors must exit the building by 3:00 PM.
Classrooms and other school areas will be off-limits during the event.

• Lion Dance
• Ansai Waist Drum
• Guzheng Performance
• Piano Solos
• Trumpet Performance
• Ballet – Radish Variation
• Violin Duet – Vivaldi: The Four Seasons (Spring)
• K-Pop Dance (Middle & High School)
• Traditional Fan Dance
• Singing Performances
• Cheerleading Showcase

The celebration will conclude with a group photo to capture this special day.
A heartfelt thank you to all students, parents, teachers, volunteers, and organizers who have worked so hard to plan and prepare these wonderful performances.

Early Bird Tickets: $8 (available through February 28)
Regular Price: $10 after February 28

Volunteers, performers, and Masterman staff do not need to purchase tickets.

Food & Festivities
After the performances, join us upstairs in the cafeteria for:

• A wide variety of homemade and catered Chinese dishes
• Dumplings, noodles, fried rice, and savory specialties
• Spring rolls and traditional favorites
• Sweet treats including mochi, pineapple cakes, cupcakes, and snacks
• Raffle prizes and community activities

We are incredibly grateful to all families who contributed food, supplies, and raffle prizes to make this celebration possible.
