FY2023–24 Budget Presentation
​
The budget is guided by the principles of increasing opportunities for all students and improving the school in lasting ways. We have allocated money for new computers; for repairs, furnishings, and beautification of the roof; and for improvements to the auditorium.

We have also funded clubs and extracurriculars, in the form of grants for supplies and travel to competition as well as money to compensate teachers for their time spent sponsoring these critical programs. There are budget lines to support sports teams, academic departments, DEIAR efforts, college application support, science labs, school security, the annual musical, Young Playwrights, Playworks, and competitive academic teams like Science Olympiad and National History Day; for teacher appreciation gifts and events; for student socials, dances, and formals; and much more. 

Next year's budget will, in turn, depend on this year’s fundraising. That means it’s up to YOU, the community, to make sure that these programs, activities, and improvements can be supported again next year! If you care about maintaining these opportunities for your student, for future students, and for the good of the school overall, please do join the HSA with a voluntary donation today.
